Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rozgaai.com and services offered by Rozga Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Rozga AI ("Rozga AI," "we," "us," or "our"). A website visit or Google sign-in does not start a paid subscription or authorize a charge. A paid Core purchase requires you to review and affirmatively accept the terms presented with your exact offer during secure checkout.
Our services
Rozga AI provides AI Workflow Optimization Consulting, educational materials, practical resources, and related support. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities may be described in an order, proposal, or separate written agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
Accounts
You are responsible for using an account you control, keeping access to that account secure, and providing accurate information. Your account is intended for the individual named on it and may be used only by that person unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not share, sell, transfer, or permit multiple people to use account access in a way that bypasses an applicable service limit or subscription requirement.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services to:
- Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Upload malicious code or use the service to facilitate fraud or harm.
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Rozga AI.
Paid services and subscriptions
Prices, billing intervals, material benefits, and cancellation terms are shown before we request billing information for a subscription. If you accept a recurring subscription, you authorize the charges stated in your accepted offer until you cancel renewal. Stripe processes payments. Core members can use its billing portal to manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. If you cannot use the portal or do not wish to authenticate there, email matt@rozgaai.com to request cancellation through our alternative process. Stopping use alone does not cancel renewal. Stopping renewal preserves current paid or validly referral-covered access through its stated end date unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law; billing errors and discretionary exceptions are addressed in the Core addendum.
We may revise offers for future members before they join. The express continuous-membership Core price guarantee applies only to First 100 members; their accepted price includes applicable tax. A later member's price follows the accepted offer and the notice and consent rules below for any prospective change. Included support continues for the duration stated in the accepted offer, including the stated end of a temporary bonus. A membership's final end breaks any First 100 price continuity; a later return uses the then-current offer unless we agree otherwise in writing. No change retroactively alters charges already paid or accrued referral rights.
Core membership has additional commercial terms. Read the Core membership paid-terms addendum, candidate version 1 before accepting a Core offer.
Ownership and permitted use
The website, branding, original materials, software, and service content are owned by Rozga AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials made available to you for your own personal or internal business purposes.
When an item expressly permits a download, a copy already downloaded may remain usable for personal learning or internal business purposes after membership ends, subject to the item's disclosed license and the restrictions on sharing and redistribution in the Core addendum. Ending membership does not preserve hosted access, updates, or support.
You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. You give us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, unless we agree otherwise.
Third-party tools
Our materials may discuss or link to services such as ChatGPT and other third-party tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Rozga AI does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, features, or policy changes.
Educational information
Educational and consulting materials are provided for general informational and operational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, review, approvals, and use of outputs in your business.
Availability and warranties
We work to provide a useful and reliable service, but websites, integrations, and third-party platforms can experience interruption or change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and generally available digital materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond express commitments in these Terms, the Core addendum, your accepted offer, or a separate written agreement. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law or cancel a stated benefit for its promised duration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozga AI and Rozga Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or generally available digital materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, account sharing or transfer, misuse or redistribution of materials, security concerns, fraud, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will use restrictions proportionate to the issue and provide notice and an opportunity to clarify or correct it. We may act without advance notice when needed to protect the service, users, or our rights. Core nonpayment follows the Core addendum's recovery rules; a recoverable failed payment does not automatically end learning access or a First 100 price guarantee. Suspension does not prevent a cancellation request. If we finally end a paid membership, we stop future renewal billing and address the current period and unused rewards under the Core addendum. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We identify revisions by version and effective date. Before a material change applies to an existing membership, we will give direct notice describing the change, when it would take effect, and how to cancel, in a form you can retain and within any applicable notice period. Where affirmative consent is required, the change will not apply without it; continued use alone does not replace required consent. Changes do not retroactively alter charges already paid or accrued referral rights. Express price, support, Learning Library inclusion, weekly newsletter, and other accepted commitments remain protected for their stated duration. This does not freeze every current feature permanently; a prospective change must follow the accepted offer and applicable notice and consent rules.
