Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rozgaai.com and services offered by Rozga Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Rozga AI ("Rozga AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Rozga AI provides AI Workflow Optimization Consulting, educational materials, practical resources, and related support. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities may be described in an order, proposal, or separate written agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
Accounts
You are responsible for using an account you control, keeping access to that account secure, and providing accurate information. Access is personal to the authorized account holder unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not share, sell, or transfer account access in a way that bypasses an applicable service limit or subscription requirement.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services to:
- Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Upload malicious code or use the service to facilitate fraud or harm.
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Rozga AI.
Paid services and subscriptions
Prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase. If you begin a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Stripe processes payments and may provide a customer portal for managing payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change future pricing or service features with reasonable notice. The $100 Core rate will never increase while that membership remains continuously active. Other changes do not retroactively alter charges already paid.
Ownership and permitted use
The website, branding, original materials, software, and service content are owned by Rozga AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials made available to you for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. You give us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, unless we agree otherwise.
Third-party tools
Our materials may discuss or link to services such as ChatGPT and other third-party tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Rozga AI does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, features, or policy changes.
Educational information
Educational and consulting materials are provided for general informational and operational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, review, approvals, and use of outputs in your business.
Availability and warranties
We work to provide a useful and reliable service, but websites, integrations, and third-party platforms can experience interruption or change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and generally available digital materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rozga AI and Rozga Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or generally available digital materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
