What is Core?

Core is the ongoing membership. Your Member Portal brings together the entire Learning Library, reusable workflows, the weekly Rozga AI newsletter, support access, and billing. The first 100 memberships also include 1 hour of direct support from Matt each month; later members can request Additional Support separately.

How does direct support work?

Members 1–100 receive 1 hour of included direct support from Matt each month, with temporary bonuses for the earliest members. Members 101+ receive no included direct support. Additional Support is available separately, subject to review and availability. Support can be asynchronous or live. Additional direct support starts at $50/hour, with a 1-hour minimum purchase, subject to review and availability. Confirmed support use is tracked in 15-minute increments, and included time does not roll over.

What if I want more help?

Active Core members can request additional direct support starting at $50/hour, with a 1-hour minimum purchase. Larger or more complex work is reviewed, scoped, and priced separately. I will confirm the scope, price, timing, and terms before any paid work begins.

Can I add support without Core?

No. Additional support is available only with an active Core membership. Core gives us a shared learning library and workflow system to build from. Additional support starts at $50/hour, subject to review and availability.

Is ChatGPT included?

No. Your Rozga membership and your ChatGPT subscription are separate. ChatGPT is purchased directly from OpenAI, and you can choose the OpenAI plan that fits your usage.
